Current Residents Meet New Residents

Published on Friday, 09 April 2010
If you think that your present tenants must leave your place right away because you can no longer take the burden and problems they are causing, take control. However, don't be so cruel on them. Talking them how bad the situation can get can resolve the problem. Tell them in a nice way that if they don't move out, everybody will be in trouble. Late payments, misbehaviour, and misunderstanding are some of the causes why landlords wish their tenants to move out. To take everything under control, proper discussion of the matter should be done. It is not your problem if you want new residents to occupy your apartment because you have been suffering from your current residents. Explain to them the situation and if they can't accept it, it is time to bring the matter in the attention of the authorities. It will help to clear everything by finding new residents to deal with so that you can have your profits back even if it means lowering your rental payment than getting nothing at all. But if a compromise is agreed upon and your old tenants accept your rules and regulations without further ado, then give them the second chance they are asking.
