Deciding to move into a new place is a serious decision to make if what you are going to move is your office. Hence, if you will be required to pay for an expensive area, you should not think about building extra corridors, decorative niches, and balconies yet.   Moving is sensible is you will be doing it for the good of your business. If moving will enhance the image of your company, then there's no reason that you should not do it.
