Why Renting a One Way Truck Is Ideal for You
Published on Sunday, 07 February 2010

Renting a one way truck is basically renting the truck in your original location. And then the company would pick up your things at a set date and drop it off to your new home. This arrangement is quite ideal when you're traveling long distance. After all, you would not want to pay for the cost of returning the truck. With one way truck rental you would be able to avoid the extra expense and hassle. Again instead of going back to your original location the company simply drops off your things to your new location and goes to its nearest office.
The cost of the one way truck rental would generally depend on the location of pick up and the drop off. It would also largely depend on the availability of the truck, of course. To get a  discount, you should rent on weekdays when there is less people renting trucks. On the other hand, renting the truck during summer, weekends and other peak seasons would be more expensive so you should not time your move during this time if possible. It would also be better to rent from a company that rents trucks at a fixed rate. This way you will have a definite budget for the rental.
